The Future of the CCC is at Risk
The future of the Cambridge Community Center (CCC) is at a critical juncture: The current private owners want their equity out and have listed the property on the public market. C360 is leading the charge to secure it permanently, applying for grants that fund recreation, rural economic development, conservation, and flood mitigation. To unlock these essential funds for the purchase and much-needed renovations, we must demonstrate powerful community support by identifying major donors and raising matching donations. This campaign is more than just fundraising; it’s a race to show that our community is unified in preserving this regional anchor of economic stability, health, and social connection. Every donation made now directly leverages outside funding, ensuring your contribution has double the impact.
How to Help
Pledge your financial support. We are not collecting money at this time. If we receive a large grant that gets us close to our goal, we will then reach back out for monetary donations.
Spread the Word! Talk to your friends, family, and neighbors. Share our updates on social media. Your voice is essential in a community-driven campaign like this.
Connect Us with "Angel Investors." Think about people or entities you know who might be willing and able to offer significant financial support to our cause. Connect them with a C360 Board member or email their contact information to c360.vt@gmail.com.
Join the C360 Team. We need to expand our board with qualified individuals who can commit approximately one hour a week outside of board meetings. We are looking for expertise in areas like marketing, law, recreation programming, and real estate management. We also need volunteers to help with research or repairs.
